• All guide-ways have "THK" type linear bearing systems. X-Y-Z-Axis are CNC controlled, router and drill-head tool plate have a separate Z-Axis drive.

• WORKING CAPACITY: (2) 48 x 36" Shuttle tables or (1) 96 x 36" (electronically locked together) single table. Total of (8) support rails, (4) per table.

• Rails are moveable in X-Axis (side to side) @ push-button activated, pneumatic lock/unlock function.

• Each support rail is equipped with an incremental adjustable horizontal push-clamp in Y-Axis (front to back) clamping work-piece against a solid fixed back-stop.

• ROUTING: (1) High-torque 3-HP Perske, collet type high-frequency 18,000 RPM, programmable router spindle.

• DRILLING: (4) Individual drilling heads, each with (23) spindles (32 mm spacing) in (1) single row for a total of (92) spindles Line-Drilling-Unit.

• (2) Custom-Drill-Heads with (2) spindles, with 32 mm spacing, (1) on each end of the X-Axis (positioned behind the main drilling heads and separately adjustable in the X-Axis) with mechanical digital read-outs to handle additional drilling for items like adjustable wall mounting or similar hardware. Each Drilling-Head is driven by a heavy-duty 4 HP Baldor motor.

• CONTROLS: Mounted on left side at operator eye level. Advantec (U.S. Made) industrial grade 15" color touch screen "PC" operating on MS-Windows 2000 Professional.
